Deliveries
Shipping Policy:
Dear customer, we handle your order within 24 hours from the moment it is placed. After that, there is a processing time of 1 to 5 business days until your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods:
Expected delivery time - Exolot (delivery to a pickup point) 7-21 business days free Exolot (delivery to the customer's door) 5-15 business days ₪24.95 After receiving the order confirmation via email, you will receive another message after a few days when your order has been processed and is about to be shipped. The shipping times in the store are from the day the order is sent.
Shipping times are estimated. Delays may occur up to 30 business days since not all inventory is shipped from Israel, please be patient and allow your package to arrive within this timeframe. When filling out the order details, we do not take responsibility for non-delivery of the shipment due to errors in the customer details, such as incorrect address, wrong and/or unavailable phone number, etc. For multiple orders with the same customer details if you placed more than one order within a period of up to 3 business days, we will try to combine your orders into one.
Unusual size and weight orders if you placed an order with multiple items, we may split your order, in order to avoid customs fees and additional costs for packages of unusual size and weight.
Package Arrival Your package will arrive at a nearby pickup point or a nearby Israel Post branch to your place of residence. Orders to the customer's home when ordering to the customer's home, the customer must provide all required details (full address, building number, floor, and apartment) in a correct and complete manner including a valid phone number.
We do not take responsibility for a package that is not delivered to the customer's door due to partial or incorrect details provided.
If a customer approved leaving the package near their door or anywhere else, and the package was stolen/lost or did not reach the customer for any reason, the responsibility is solely on the customer.
Failure to collect a package unfortunately, we cannot bear responsibility for failure to collect a package by the customer. Also, if the customer did not collect the package we cannot issue a refund and/or exchange until the item is sent back to us by the customer.
Branded packaging and boxes Dear customer, branded boxes are sent according to their availability in stock. If there is no stock for these boxes, the package will be sent to you in a regular mail packaging.
Important Note: Due to the recent situation, and the unexpected cancellation of flights in China along with rising fuel prices, delays in shipping times may occur. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience.
